Return Policy and Quality Guarantee
Quality Issues
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will investigate and work to find a solution.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will promptly send a complimentary replacement order. If a replacement is not possible or if you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate this when you reach out, and we will issue a refund.
Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to send a replacement order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, such as incorrect quantities or products with quality issues not related to the content you provided, we will cover the costs of a new order.
Color Consistency
We strive to minimize color variations by using the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners. However, 100% consistency cannot be achieved due to the chemical nature of printing. Factors such as machine type, settings, paper types, room humidity, and machine maintenance can influence the final result. Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Return Policy
Returned by Customer
We currently do not support returns, as all products are personalized and made specifically for each order. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the costs.
We operate as a print-on-demand company, ensuring that each product is unique and manufactured only upon order. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or if the customer changes their mind.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrect orders regarding size or color and will not provide replacements or refunds in such cases.
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement is allowed, so minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order and contact us. We will report the issue and arrange for a refund of the product price for the new order. You will only need to pay for the shipping costs again.
Wrong Address
If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs.
Rejected by Recipient
If the recipient rejects the shipment upon delivery, it will be returned and disposed of safely. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs.
Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is not received and remains unclaimed, it may be available for pick up at the local post office or carrier pick-up point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. In such cases, please place a new order and contact us. We will report the issue and arrange for a refund of the product price for the new order. You will still need to pay for the shipping costs.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital downloads are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these products.
