These terms and conditions apply to the Free Portrait (the ‘Sweepstakes’) organized by Vast Visions LLC. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on November 10, 2024 at 12:00 AM and ending November 17, 2024 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must subscribe to our newsletter. Click here. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize:
The prize for the Sweepstakes is a FREE PORTRAIT, which we will create from your photo. The approximate retail value of a custom portrait is $98. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. You are not guaranteed to win a prize.
Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible emails received.
Winner selection:
Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor.
Winner notification:
Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within one (1) days following the winner selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Limitation of Liability:

Disputes:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in WY having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
